We currently ship in Australia only

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at contact@OurMilia.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout.

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues may occur. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@OurMilia.com, and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

If your tracking number shows that your package has not moved for an extended period or has been marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us at contact@OurMilia.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
