Only the brand name “OurMilia” may appears on packaging and delivery slips. The business owner’s personal name is not displayed.

Customers may cancel or modify their order (including the delivery address) within 4 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is considered confirmed and will be processed as is.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Milia Cookware purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund. To maintain the integrity of our products, we reserve the right to limit or reject returns in cases of policy abuse or fraudulent behavior. Additionally, bulk orders (5+ sets) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within this timeframe.
Proof of purchase from our official store is required.
